IOF Problem Resolution Problem C02 |
---|---|
Previous | Next |
Description |
"CLIST NOT FND" error message from an IOF command.
|
Background |
Many internal IOF commands, including line commands, are implemented
via a clist or Rexx exec. All IOF CLIST library member names
beginning "IOF$" are execs or clists to implement a specific IOF
primary command or line command. The 5th and 6th characters of
the member name implies the command name. For example, the
IOF$PC1 exec implements the "PC" (print check) command.
Beginning with IOF 7H (and including 7J and 8A), many of the commands implemented in Rexx are included in the IOF main load module as "internal execs". Internal execs can be executed whether or not the IOF CLIST library is available.
|
Solution |
Add the IOF CLIST library (or a library containing all IOF CLIST
library members) to the SYSPROC file concatenation.
If this problem occurs in an IOF SERVER session, add the IOF
CLIST library to the SYSPROC file concatenation for the SERVER
JCL in IOF INSTALL job M21APPC and resubmit the updated job.
