SORT field on the IOF Option Menu

I am testing IOF/TSO 8C. On the IOF Option Menu (panelid VIOFSC7C) there is no SORT field. I read the follow-up posting of September 02, 2003 which suggested checking for PANEL=OPTOPT or PANEL=OPTUS1 (I assume in B23ALLOW). I have checked all members of my OPTIONS library and they all have either one or the other of the above panels designated depending on the group. This is the same as in version 7C (which has the SORT field). Have I missed a step somewhere?
