=LOG would never have invoked the IOF LOG function. =I.LOG (assuming "I" is your IOF selection character) should take you to SYSLOG or OPERLOG.

It is of course possible to use ISPF option 3.9 to generate a LOG command that will jump to the IOF LOG function. But this is not something that is distributed with IOF, and if you had such a command it must have been generated locally and not carried forward to the new versin of ISPF.
