Unable to find indes data set

What is the MVS job entry subsystem supported by IOF?

: One user and one user only get the above message when he tries to view the SYSLOG using the LOG Primary command from the main IOF ISPF panel. He thinks he may have built his own index data set at one time and apparently it is still trying to get it, but it is probably no longer available. Where can we reset this to default to the same Index data set everyone else is using?
