Can you send me a copy of the LOG of the MAINT dialog. The LOG is the latest LOG member in the UPDATES data set.
When you apply 2 fixes to the same exec, you should get a COPY message for each of the two fixes. This may explain why you got the message for IOF$EF3 twice. But I don't know why you wouldn't have gotten a message for IOF$OF1.
