| Description |
Download batch FTP job gets error "EDC8128I Connection refused".

| Background |
The IOF audit web page shows sample batch JCL to download the IOF audit
MPI file. This job can be cut/pasted into an ISPF edit session.

| Solution |
Make sure the data set is an UNNUMBERED data set. The FTP command
processes all 80 characters from input statements. Sequence numbers
may be interpreted as a port number.

| Information |
You can use the IOF EDIT line command for the job to edit the FTP job
on SPOOL. Enter the UNNUM command and resubmit the job.
